Good morning:

Checked my parents cases online this morning to find out my father's I-485 application has been approved and GC is being produced. I am hoping my mom's is following that same path and should get notice soon. Both their applications PLUS I-130 were submitted on May 5th 2017.

Question, they both traveled back to Peru on December 10th with a travel permit issued on November. They traveled to take care of their follow up check ups and are scheduled to be back to NY on April 22nd 2018.

I dont think but I am asking anyways if there will be a problem for them not being "physically in the USA" when their GC were issued. I just started to think about that.

Any comments will be really appreciated.

Thank you!
