My fiance told me he left the blank that indicates where to process or apply my visa. The reason he told me is that he didn’t know if I where to process here in Saudi or Philippines cause my contract here in saudi will end this february. And I will not sign another year again. Will the USCIS contact us about this? Will this result in RFE or maybe prolong our process? I am a bit anxious about this. 

Hope someone can enlighten me on this. Thank you.

USCIS doesn't care where the visa is processed.  When the file is approved it moves to NVC which then assigns the embassy.  I think you have a better than 50/50 chance it goes to Manila
