AOS case status not updating

So, I received a notice 11/28 and since I've been out of town I have no idea what it is. I'm guessing it's my interview notice. However, I have one more week left and I'm worried we'll miss it.

Anyone else having issues with the online system not working? Because check my status hasn't changed at all. Should I call USCIS?

They stopped updating from Nov 17 I think well at least for NBC/MSC. I think you should speak to a Tier 2 officer, he/she should be able to assist you.

You can call but your wife needs to be present, otherwise she has to call.

I just received my interview notice yesterday, for Jan 22, if it is your notice I would guess its for the begining of january,

I think you can call but ensure that she is there when you're speaking to the officer. If she is not present, let her call.

What's the date on your notice? The date on the mail piece is 11/28. So it's already been a bit.

You should call tomorrow early in the morning and talk to T2, the notice says very clearly that if you dont show up AOS will be denied and the only option to reschedule is due to serious ilness. (According to the notice).

I definitely will thanks! Did your interview notice have the statue of liberty on the background? Also, above my wife's name on the mail piece(the part I can read)  it says 11/28/17 is that how yours is printed? My biometrics is different the notice date was way up in the right hand corner. Above her name is an account number space.

See you can see the statue of liberty's arm and the notice date. My biometrics letter doesn't look like that at all.

It's possible, but I only ever received one notice. Usually, you get an AP notice too, but I just got one. Not to mention I never got a package or anything and usually the card is sent in a package priority mail. Sooo, it's a bit confusing. Will definitely help when I'm back home!
