Hello,

My name is Marnousse. I got married on September 16, 2015 with my wife and I entered The US on November 6, 2017. I have heard when you are married for more than two years your passport will be stamped IR instead of CR1. My passport was stamped CR1, is it a mistake? What am I supposed to  to do? I need your help please. Thank you

yes, it's a mistake

have  you received your green card? check your green card if it is a 2 year or 10 year card

if it is a 2 year card, then you will need to send the i90 to correct the card

Thank you my friend. I don't receive the green card yet. But do you think that I am supposed to call USCIS tof inform them about the situation before it's too late?

Thank you

no, you have to wait until you have the card and see the expiration date
