AOS paid, IV fee in process, when to send package?

Hi all

So, AOS fee is in PAID status and IV fee is IN PROCESS status since oct 28th, still waiting to DS-260 to be available and fill it out.

My question is when do i send the package? can i send now? or wait till IV fee paid and DS-260 filed?

You must wait until the IV fee shows as paid. Only after this fee is paid will you be able to "print" an IV document cover sheet. You must include this sheet with your civil documents. You should also fill out and submit your DS-260 prior to submitting both AOS and IV packages.
