Hi VJ'ers,

I had my interview on 10/25 and was really surprised to have a case update this morning (only 2 days since). My oath notice has been mailed today and I am flying to the PH tomorrow for 3 weeks. Is there a chance I can call USCIS to ask for my oath schedule, so that I know how to adjust my trip dates?

Thank you in advance.

As far as I know San Bernardino holds FO oaths with LA district, which has upcoming oath dates as follows https://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/clerk-services/naturalization-ceremony-locations-and-schedule

Most likely you're assigned to the Nov 16th ceremony. Since oaths are handled by the field offices, I think infopass should be way to go but try the customer service first. If they can't access that info, you should try a walk-in infopass today or tomorrow morning to confirm your date. Take a copy of your travel itinerary with you if you want to ask for rescheduling.

Thank you Charmander. That date was my guess too. Ontario Convention Center is actually the closest to me but the next oath schedule isn't until Feb 2018. I did try to call customer service, was transferred to Tier 2 Supervisor, and now waiting for call back. Fingers crossed he can provide me the date so that I wouldn't need an Infopass. :)
