Form I-485 for disable parent

I'm filling form I-485 for my 79 yoa disable mother who is on a turist visa.  Can I sign the form since she can't use her hands?

Yes you can do that and for that you will have to do the following.

 

PART 10. "Applicant's Statement, Contact Information, Declaration, Certification and Signature", you will have to select Option "2"

 

and then YOU (the person filling the form on behalf of your mother) have to fill...

 

PART 12. "Contact Information, Declaration, and SIgnature of the Person Preparing this Application, If other than the Applicant." from "1.a" to "8.b."
