Hello to everyone and anyone willing to advise me!  On August 12th I submitted online my AOS and application fees.  I will spare the details but suffice it to say that I was told when I called the NVC that there was a problem with their system and that I needed to submit my bank statement showing that the payment was debited from my bank account, which I promptly did.  So yes the date I submitted payment is coming up on two months ago and every time I call the NVC they don't help me and just tell me to wait.  Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?  I'm starting to feel more desperate with each day that passes with no progress.  I was thinking of maybe mailing a second payment to them with a paper check.  By the way I'm the petitioner for my wife who is the applicant. Thanks in advance!

This is an ongoing issue with their payment portal. Was your DS-260 got unlocked ?.In that case, you should fill-up DS-260 and send all your documents to NVC. If, it is not, keep calling them and ask for supervisor review of your situation. You have already send the payment proof to them which they have asked for.Do not send paper check.I haven't heard that anybody  paid AOS or IV fee by paper check and further more it will be wasting of your time. Good luck
