You will have to call the schools in the area you are moving to.  Generally if she will be starting in Jan they would want to know.

Without moving back ahead of time those are items you can get from abroad.  Have you tried to do anything since starting this thread or having the interview?

i already send my first proof of domicile 2months ago and i stated that im currently studying in philippines that i sold all my stuffs back in the states. once im done in school ill go back to have better future to my family and such..

then few days ago i got an email. _X__  Others:  Please submit for more proof of domicile from your petitioner not an affidavit (examples: proof of employment, bank account, school registration for applicant, plane ticket, etc.).

im finishing my school here in the philippines and once im done gonna find work in US. my daughter is 10..

this is the only thing i can do. notarized letter from a relative, open a bank account, register for US vote thingy. do public schools in murca do pre enrollment? or is that for private schools only?

What exactly did you provide as a US address?

We did DCF awhile back.  I did not go back to the US first.  I did not have a lease, or a job, or a rental agreement.  I had a couple cars (at my parent's house), a valid drivers license, and a bank account, credit cards, etc addressed to that house.  That bank account had enough to sponsor us.  No school pre-registration, no plane tix, nothing like that.  We didn't even stay there when we got back.  Told the CO at the interview that the chances of that were slim to zero.  He just told us to have an address (a real one) ready when we get to the POE because that's when you tell them where to send the green card.  You get a visa, you have weeks to months to actually use it.  Plenty of time to shop for jobs and permanent addresses.

So: you need an address and assets tied to that address and that's all that you, the USC, is required to demonstrate as proof of intent to establish domicile.  The bar is pretty low.  The sponsorship can either be done on assets or have a relative put one together for you.  I think this is being overcomplicated.  USC's are only asked to have a plan.  Hope it works out for y'all.
