While waiting for my interview letter (since april 18th of this year) I have moved and changed address three times. This is not my fault but of my mother's caprice and now I just found out (no one told me of this before ) that this will make my application take more time, around 90 days each time I move. Does this mean I have to wait 270 days or more? It has already been almost three months living in a new location.

My mother wants to move again and I told her about my situation and she does not care at all to affect me. The house is under my and my sister's name but she's "The boss" if you can call it like that. What rights do I have as an owner to stop her from selling the house so quickly again? and how is this affecting my process right now? I'm in jacksonville florida and I used to live in Miami, fl if that helps.

first thing first, you are allowed to move for tons of reasons during your citizenship pending period. For whatever reasons you move home, file AN11 online to update address with USCIS.  for sure it will affect and delay your processing only if you move to new field office area.

i presume you are not counted as "minor" anymore. if you are living with your mom in the same house and you dependent on her for finance reasons, then you dont have choice. if you dont want move, go find a job and separate from her.

Legally, you and your sistser are the "legal" owner of this property. She is your mother but not the owner of this house. For the house selling, owners need to sign all legal documents. Your agent will confirm who has the ownership at the beginning. If the house has mortgage, the bank/lender has documents with owners, not the "boss" of this house.

Oh so I would only have to wait 90 days since the new office is now in Jacksonville? I never recieved any letters in the regular mail about my process just by email, is this normal? This is MY house legally and she she doesn't support me financially because she doesn't work anymore ( my sis does at the moment) I'm still looking a job right now.

my understanding is, your case will be transferred to new field office to continue the process after your moving. Better check with the new field office(infopass may be helpful) to make sure your file has been transferred. or call the USCIS for clarification.

moving for once will not be red flag, but twice will significantly delay your case.

if you are independent of your mom for financial reasons, you should make choice for your own life for good wills. Nobody can force you to move even your mom.

90 days rule only applied to the new application for whoever moves to different states. You are staying in the same state, just two different cities.
