I am applying withing 90 days period but I can see alert while I submitting application.

Alerts and warnings

You have one or more alerts and warnings based on the information you provided in your application.

A red alert means you have incomplete or incorrect responses to certain questions. You cannot submit your application with any alerts.

A yellow warning means you may be missing information or may need to follow-up with us about your responses. You can still submit your application, but some warnings may slow down the review process after you submit your application.

You may not be eligible to apply for naturalization as the spouse of a U.S. citizen

You indicated that your spouse has not been a U.S. citizen for at least 3 years. In order to apply for naturalization, your spouse must have been a U.S. citizen for at least 3 years or must be currently employed abroad by the U.S. government or a qualifying organization.

You can continue filling out your application and submit it, and we will contact you if we have any questions or need additional information.
