Nepal Interview Speed

Currently waiting on NOA2 on a K1 visa for my Fiance and was wondering if anyone had an idea about how long it takes to get an interview after the Embassy receives the paperwork?

Also for Kathmandu how do they handle Packet 3 and Packet 4 documents? Does my fiance just need to bring the items with her to the interview or are certain ones due ahead of time?

Thank you for any info.
