I am currently going over my i 129 a bunch of times. I finally found a good editor to use for the pdf. I'm a little confused on part 1 number 41 where it asks, have you obtained a certificate of naturalization or a certificate of citizenship in your own name? I just have a birth certificate so I'm not sure whether I mark yes or no. I'm also a bit confused about 40. I'm a citizen by birth and my parents are US citizens as well. Should I just mark down by birth? Seems like pretty basic stuff, I just don't want to mess it up.
