Ich fuelle gerade die Papiere fuer die US Staatsbuergerschaft aus. Ich bin seit 2006 permanent resident.

2004 wurde ich aufgrund 212 (a) (7) (a) (i) (i) zurueck nach Deutschland geschickt. Muss ich das im Antrag angeben? Ich wurde ja nicht deportiert und es ist jetzt fast 14 Jahre her... Ich hatte einen Tag Overstay des VW Programs und mir wurde illegale Arbeit in den USA vorgeworfen.

Irgendjemand Erfahrung damit?

08/10/2009 - sent off I-751 to CA service center

08/16/2009 - check cashed

08/28/2009 - received NOA1

09/11/2009 - biometrics in Portland

03/30/2010 - done for the next 10 years.............

Posts that are in another language besides English and are not posted in the country's forum are likely going to be deleted by one of the mods. Write this post in English....especially if you want people to help you as the chances of finding someone that can answer you are a lot bigger if you write your question in English!

 

To answer your question: I would probably mention it somewhere. Just in case so it doesn't fire back eventually claiming that you were trying to hide that fact.

OK, sorry. I kind of went back to my home language here....

 

Here now in English:

I'm filling out the papers for US citizenship and have one question. I was send back in 2004 because of a 1 day overstay of the VW program. Do I need to mention that anywhere in the application?
