I submitted my last set of documents on 8/15 with priority mail. How long before i get a scan date?

if you read through this thread you will see a general outline. Most people get their scan date within 1-3 days.

1-3 days after they recieve or or 1-3 days after I submitted the documents?

I dont have a scan date yet though. I submitted my paper work on august 15 😩Should get one today or monday the latest then im guessing

Not yet im thinking to wait till next friday to make sure they have it by then.

I litterally called 2 days after I sent my package and they already had my scan date. No need to wait so long especially as you sent via special delivery it should have arrived that next working day. Just call now and you'll find it out.

Ahh sorry! I forgot it's Saturday! No you have to call on business days. But I'm sure when you call this Monday they will tell you it

Call NVC to know when they received your documents. Try to call NVC Monday to Friday in the morning time from 7am to 9am ( USA time). If u call this time you can speak with them without waiting. After 9am usually you have to wait around 30min to talk with a representative.

Thanks much, I sent mine on 14 August, not heard anything..... I think I need to call them tomorrow IA
