Self-employment on the naturalization form

Hi all! My husband will be eligible to apply for citizenship soon so we've started filling out his paperwork. On page 6 of the N-400, it asks for employment record for the past 5 years. My husband has been self-employed and worked from home for all of that time. The confusion is that it requests the street address of your employment and he has moved 3 times during the past 5 years. Do we have to put Self-Employed in 3 times with the different home office locations, even though it's the same business? Thank you.

I wouldn't. I would say self-employed for whatever period of time and perhaps

(home) 123 Main St, Toledo OH
