It's nearly time - AOS I-751 (help!)

My wife's 2year green card expires in November so I'm starting the paperwork process.
I've got the form I-751 filled out (and oh-so-foolishly thought "that was it" lol)
I decided to check Visa Journey and I see that there's a lot more lol.
I saw a few "how to" and "forum guides" for this process, but everyone guide I saw was way out of date.......
So -
The I-751 is properly filled out (for an August mailing), but what goes with that? Where does it get mailed to? Is there still a fee?
I also saw a sample cover letter, but it was dated 2008.
And once again, we find ourselves using Visa Journey for what it is - so I'll ask -

HELP!!!

The guide can still be used and you can still refer to the list of example of documents showing bona fide marriage for submission. However, please use the most updated form downloaded from USCIS and pay the current fee. Current filing fee is $595 +$85 biometrics. Biometrics must be paid at the same time as the filing fee.

 

If you live in Missouri, you need to file at the following service center:

P.O. Box 10751
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
