There was a post recently about someone faxing their information to a texas cs and getting it in the mail. Cost them 10 dollars. But, if you're in a hurry I would think that going to a CS would be faster.

Best wishes,

Kristina

The OP sent a copy of the vaccination worksheet from the medical abroad, not a I-693A (same info, different form) which is what the RFE is asking for but only for the kids.

Then why is the OP so upset and angry, acting as though the USCIS is making a request out-of-this-world ? I'm sorry but If you are supposed to send something and you don't (intentional or not) and you get an RFE, you have absolutely no right to be mad.

Hmmm......maybe mad cause I have mine and not thiers? And the fact that they should have processed the whole family together...hmmm...and because when I have called them (which I did every 2 -3 weeks since I recieved mine) they could have done it then instead of sitting on someones desk for like 5-6 weeks! The fact is the kids are under me so if I am approved why the seperation of cases when they are to be done together? Whatever....this site is the only place to b_tch and complain and actually get someone else to understand what a process this has been for us. RFE, yes, pain in the butt, yes, should I have sent the form, yes, but you know? Who cares.

What a process this has been for you ????? You had your green card in 4 months... some people have been in the FBI limbo for years...

Good luck with your whole process... if you keep this attitude you will have a heart attack before citizenship....

You are dealing with a government agency that has absolutely no interest in making this any easier to you or anyone else... they have no interest in giving you a green card, they have no interest in allowing you to live here, what makes you think that they would "baby-sit" you through this whole thing ? Did they tell you they were going to process the whole family together ? I am not in any way whatsover defending the USCIS, God knows how many lives they've screwed with their mistakes, I just think that you are complaining about something you screwed up on... and you are trying to push the blame to them.

Also, do NOT listen to a word you hear when you call them, as a matter of fact, do not bother to even call the 'mis'information line, they are not immigration officers and they can see exactly what YOU can see on the internet.

Just relax and send it in whatever it is that you were SUPPOSED to send in and get it over with. And you may continue to b_tch here... this is the place, but we have to be fair.

Sweet- what are the chances of Cali ordering a interview? No interview for me- (already have the card) It looks like the kids will have a summer vacation after all?!! Any one else this has happened to? How long was it for you? I also have the congressmen, who is FABULOUS! Helping me out, and they are calling for me next week to get someone to open it and go from there, so YAY!
