"Case Status Received" at USCIS

My mother is a US greencard holder and has been petitioning for me, I'm currently 23 years old but the petition was when I was at around 20-21 years old.
My Case Status in USCIS says that it was already "received", and the lawyer told my Mom that I'm only waiting for my request for Medical Exam and Schedule for interview (it was expected one June2017)
I'm wondering if how long it would take since it's already July 2017. I know that there are a lot of people waiting in line but I just need to know if it's going to take a few months more?

I have a limited amount of knowledge regarding my case since my mother and lawyer are the ones handling it, but it would be wonderful if someone could help me out?
Please and Thank you!
