Help- waiting for the RFE they are sending me for the kids.....should be here like tomorrow. Say I send the info back like the same day---they send the greencard ASAP or back to the waiting game? Should I just apply for AP now to spare the case that the kids might be able to travel for the summer? Or just wait cause now they get the RFE and hurry up for crying out loud?

We answered an RFE the same day as the interview by fax. It was approved the next day. I would give it a few days. Was this an RFE from the interview? If so, call or make an infopass to see if you can fax it in. Otherwise, send it overnight mail to the attention of the officer handling the case.

No interview I was approved with out it .... ages ago, not the kids under me tho...so If i ivernight it to them the card should be approved shortly after? Did this happen for you? I have a feeling it is in regards to immunizations for them. (I have them all caught up now so maybe just the new copy of them...hoping its not in refrence to taking them to a civil surgeon)
