Dear VJ members .. 

i had K1 visa interview on 30th May & got 221g CO said my case needs further AP.. additional documents were asked and I provided the copies . since then my case status is stuck on (Ready) on 5th July i contacted the embassy and embassy replied as stated below. 

 

My case status still says Ready , anyone going through same process kindly share , if this refusal is normal for AP ??

Yes Zara I did get one for AP

Ur visa is fiancé visa they give u very soon inshallah I apply for my husband he had interwio 14 june2017 they ask some documents we sumbit documents and still administrative processing my case update 19 June and last update 6 July is it a good sign ???

Well fiancé visas and spouse visa have 2 different kinda AP, date Changes when someone is working on your file , it's not good or bad either.

Hi guys I just got an AP last Friday for a missing document . I'm applying for a k1 visa . I already sent that document to the embassy . Let's cross fingers and good luck for us ! If any news it would be good for us to keep in touch !

In what country did you apply ? Kindly provide us with more info ?? What does ur status says ? AP or Ready ? Did u get 221g white slip ?

I've applied in Peru . Last Friday 7th and the missing document is the migratory movement that shows my entries and exits from my country so the same day I went to get that paper and send it back with my passport to the embassy , now my status shows AP . I'm waiting for Monday for dhl to delivered my envelope to the embassy , That's what shows on their website " estimate delivered Monday July 10th " I hope I will get an answer soon because my case it's not because I need an extra review it was just for a missing document . So I don't think It'd take too long . Let's not lose hope !

221g AP since July. Still waiting. Online status refused. Don't know what to do. K1 visa. Interview went well. Despite one question that i answered lil bit in double meaning way.
