Can We Do The CRBA at the American Consular Agency in Cebu?

Hi,

 

My question is:

 

Can we still process the CRBA for our 7 month old son at the American Consular Agency in Cebu? Or should we plan on doing it in Manila?

 

I am a USC and my fiancé is Filipino. We have also begun her K1 process but the CRBA needs to be completed first.

 

I will be back in the Phils on July 20th to the 27th... does anyone know if we can get an appointment by then as well?

CRBAs are currently only processed in Manila,  not in Cebu.  You start the process through a mail-in application, though, so you can strt it any time.  Once all the paperwork is submitted and reviewed, you will then make the appointment to complete the process.  See
