Hi , this is my first time In this forum and hope I can find answers to my question please .

I checked on CEAC that my case is ready for an interview and I called the embassy and they told me they didn't receive nothing yet . Should I schedule my appointment without receiving the packet 3 ? This is for the consulate in Lima -Perú .

Thanks in advance!

Probably not. People have been known to do it from time to time, but if you're not sure what your embassy are going to send you or require from you, you risk a delay by not following their process. Unless they have specifically instructed you to schedule your embassy, it's best to wait.

Thank you for your advice . I'll give it a week for the embassy to send me packet 3 . Anyway I already started to prepare all my documents , I'm just worried about the medical exam because I need an schedule interview to make the appointment for the medical exam .
