i recently filed my AOS, but was suspended because they needed more information about my husbands income ect...

are we supposed to have more than 125% of the poverty guideline income before tax? or after tax? because my husbands income was $20,000, and after tax it was $16,000. and the poverty guideline is $17,000 this year...please advise

BEFORE TAX. This is what my employer quoted me as what my annual salary is, so that is what is put on the form.

You should post about AOS in the AOS forum. They can help you more.

It's before tax, but you didn't quote the RFE. Perhaps you left out a tax return or W2 or didn't supply 2006 taxes...

married: jan 5, 2007

noa 1: march 2nd, 2007

interview @ tampa, fl office: april 26, 2007

green card received: may 5, 2007

removal of conditions timeline:

03/26/2009 - received in VSC

07/20/2009 - card production ordered!
