I just got my green card for 10 years last friday (05/26/2017). So it will expire in 2027. I am so happy because last year 2016 I had a fight with someone and i was arrested and charged for a simple assault. I accepted a plea deal with the prosecutor for a probation of 6 months, 40 hours community service and $250 fine. After the 6 months, my charges were dismissed and expunged. I wish that situation for anybody and particularly the green card holder. While that time I cannot describe my feelings composed by overwhelming stressed loosing my natural mood....it was very tough time for me.

NOW I AM THANKFUL TO GOD. AN ADVICE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE AFFAIRS WITH THE LAW ALWAYS HIRE A LAWYER HOWEVER THE PRICE THAT COSTS, A GOOD ONE WILL HELP YOU TO GET OUT FROM YOUR CASE.

The only thing that I think about now is to fill out my N400. But my lawyer told me it is better to wait little bit longer from now but i don t understand what that means...
