Our interview was scheduled for June 19 and we received P4 this morning. 

It does not say anything about registering for your interview, or registering for courier to receive your visa after the interview. I read about these things on various VJ forums. Is this now outdated?

Also, how long after the interview can I expect to receive the visa?

Check https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html

 

It's on step 3. Choose your embassy and the rest is pretty self-explanatory. Just did mine a few mins ago
