N400 Application returned by USCIS

I have a simple question, the application got returned because I mistakenly told my wife to sign on the wrong place, they sent the whole package back. But I did notice they had some marking at the bottom of all pages. What I am in doubt and have a question about is, should I return the application with the correct signature and the marked documents or print and do new documents?

Fix the signature and return the whole package as is, all the markings are from them scanning or processing your paperwork into their system.  I forgot to sign something and I just signed it and sent it all back.
