Hi to all,

I would to ask some help I am the beneficiary , Unfortunately.Me and my fiancee got an informal end up after we got the Noa2 and I am ready for medical and interview he told me he is not ready to buy me ticket because he don't have money. It hurt me a lot and it's unfair in my side he should talk to me nicely to end our relationship as I wish.

After conversation he stop talking to me and I couldn't reach him anymore. My question is there anything I can do to cancel or withdraw the petition since he stop chatting with me?

I'm in Qatar right now and I got my case number.

Thanking u all for your help.

Hi, sorry about your situation.

Only the USA petitioner can withdraw the petition. He needs to send a written letter stating he would like to have it withdrawn along with a copy of the approved petition NOA 2 to the USCIS in California.

Can I ask why you are concerned if it is withdrawn or not?

I don't think they will keep your file there at the US embassy in Manila forever. At some point they will likely just send it back to USCIS for disposal.
