N-400 with DUI

I would like to know if anyone here applied for naturalization after DUI probation? I would like to know if I need to wait the 5 years or if anyone had any luck applied after being done with probation?

I also want to confirm that Alaska is not considered overseas for immigration purposes correct so I can't use the expedited process for military spouse?

Nobody can say for certain. A DUI/DWI by itself is not an automatic denial. However, a requirement is a good moral character...the interpretation of which is very broad. Depending on the circumstances of your DUI (state involved, how you were charged, who was in the car with you, etc.), taken alongside the rest of your history, may or may not result in a denial.

Alaska is part of the US just as much as any other state. No issues there.

Thank you so much for your answer! Yes I ended up finding that post which was very helpful. I found so many posts of people asking that but no one comes back and update on the outcome.
