SO I received NOA2 april 12 by mail. No email. Now does nvc email me my case number or send it in mail. And my beneficiary moved, I tried to email them to tell them, hopefully they can resend it?

And ive never filed taxes because I never made enough. My mom said she will be co sponsor, hopefully that works

What's your approval date? Have you gone to the USCIS website to check on your case with your receipt number? It should say if they have sent the case to the Department of State (NVC) already. If it says so and it's a week or so after they sent it, you can call the NVC and ask them to provide you with a case number and Invoice ID number over the phone. Also then you can give them your e-mail addresses.

Ok, do you know the name of the visa that allows the beneficiary to come to wait in the usa for the duration of the process

You would have to file a k3 for that but as far as I'm aware you're too far in to the prcoess to be eligible for that now. Usually people send k3 and i-130 petition together and the k3 gets neglected if the i-130 is processed and sent to NVC

I could be wrong... But that is my understanding.

This visa is called the K3 spousal visa. You have to apply for it shortly after filing your I-130 application. The K3 visa, however, has become obsolete. Nowadays, if your I-130 application has been approved, the NVC terminates your K3 application. Basically, you can't apply for this visa at this point.

Your only option is to try and apply for a tourist visa; however, this will be very hard to obtain since you've already applied for an immigrant visa.
