Mailing Documents to NVC

I'm petitioning my parents and finally mailing the documents today (phew!).

First, while I obviously did the all the filling out/gathering docs for them, I'm not so sure if the docs and forms have to be sent from the Philippines since it's their application not mine, or does it matter?

Second, can somebody please confirm that below is the right address to mail the supporting and financial documents to? (Ok, I'm paranoid). Case number starts with MNL

That's where i sent mine last monday and i did put all their documents and my documents in one folder all together .
