In a week of head-snapping policy reversals by the Trump administration, new CIA chief Mike Pompeo delivered an unexpected broadside at WikiLeaks and Russia, both of which were once praised by his boss on the campaign trail—and even Pompeo himself once tweeted out WikiLeaks stories.

“WikiLeaks walks like a hostile intelligence service and talks like a hostile intelligence service,” he told the crowd at a Washington, D.C. think tank in his first public remarks as head of the intelligence agency Thursday. He accused WikiLeaks of endangering lives and acting as a veritable arm of Russian intelligence.

He said Russian military intelligence, the GRU, “had used WikiLeaks to release data… obtained through cyber operations against the Democratic National Committee,” a one-two punch that added up to another cold blast aimed at Moscow from President Donald Trump’s administration.

There are many many speeches and tweets the Trump will be ridiculed about (indeed there is a constant flow of memes or jokes)

This one re Wkii I think will also be huge one day.

"I love Wkilileaks" will equate to Neville Chambetlains "We have peace in our time" doozy.

Me thinks some time in the future there will be a knockout blow delivered by Wiki, something I feel in my bones...

No government likes Wikileaks. Obviously Trump has/will only like them for what they exposed regarding Hillary and DNC. No doubt they will leak things on Trump too.

I've yet to see why I shouldn't trust Wikileaks. Clearly they piss off every government forcing transparency.. is that not a good thing?

I dare say there will be additional due diligence carried out to verify any breaking story that comes to light via Wiki.

its not necessarily the truthfulness of their stories but more concerning to me is the when and where these stories are distributed. Usually for maximum impact. I can see them sitting on stories until it suits them.

That isn't exposing people/regimes for the greater good...  Ultimately they want to be the history changers but only when it is convenient to them so to heck wth anyone who might potentially suffer with the delay in distributing any news they are holding on to.

They might tease the public with the odd Trump story to keep everyone interested in them but I doubt they have anything explosive on him. That I think will be left to the Russians (if they have anything of note that is).

Wikileaks has a perfect track record of only releasing true info.

Its a shame the mainstream media doesn't try to follow their lead.
