Good day all. I submitted my ds260 a few months ago and now I have been emailed and asked to submit police records. Unfortunately for me one of the places I use to live is Cuba and obtaining a police record is proving somewhat difficult. If I were to send in some of the documents without it now, and then send in the police record later on would both get processed the same time. Or would I have to wait on when I send the second one.

To clarify the wait time for ds260 document review is 6 or 11 weeks. If I send local Police record today that starts the clock going. Let's say 6 weeks more I send Cuban police record on would they start clock all over again, Or would they search system for more emails from me when they are reviewing my local police record. Also could you clarify is it 6 weeks or 11 weeks.
