Finally, after filling all the forms by myself, tomorrow i will send them, but i have some questions that some of you guys might now. please help me!!

1. If I live in Texas, it says to send the I-130 to the texas service center, but it asks me to send everything else (I-485, G325A, I693, and I-864) to the chicago service center, my question is, if i'm sending the whole package, where do i send it to?

thanks in advance!

Do NOT send anything anywhere other than Chicago Lockbox. If your petition is family based, everything goes together to Chicago.

Actually if you live in texas, oklahoma or new mexico there is different rules you can go to uscis.gov to get a clearer answer on all your questions. But as I read it you would be filing at the Dallas District office all of your forms. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0000ecd190aRCRD

good luck,

Kristina

But as I read it (it is hard to tell because of your timeline not being filled out what status you were in coming to the states) you would be filing at the Dallas District office all of your forms. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0000ecd190aRCRD None the less if you do not to go to the district office you would send all of your forms to the lockbox together.

good luck,
