USC filing under the 3 year rule here.  The instructions say to provide evidence that the couple has lived in a "martial union" -- AKA financial documents.  So should I effectively send what I sent for the I-751 (removal of conditions)?  For the RoC, I sent leases, credit card statements, and some joint insurance statements.  I'm OK with printing all that stuff out again, just seems a bit redundant since USCIS already has most of that paperwork.

It is definitely redundant for people who apply N400 following their I751s but remember some of the 3 year rule filers do not have to go through the I751 process (if they were married longer than 2 years at AOS). I guess this marital union business mainly implemented for those people but they require all 3 year applications do the same.

It's up to you how much of the I751 evidence you like to re-use but N400 is not a second I751. Some people choose to send what is minimally sufficient, some choose to send a pile again. It is up to you but I recommend sending little more than what it minimally sufficient. I listed my reasons at this posting
