also are the following documents and evidence enough to prove good faith marriage? I think I answered you in another post as well, but again I would just leave it blank.

cover letter - Make sure both of you guys sign.

i751 form - Get the latest from USCIS website.

copy of green card both side- OK

appropriate fees- 680$

tax transcript for 2015 and tax returns paper for 2016-  Good evidence and it is recommended to send IRS copy

joint checking account with some transactions - Include from the time you got married or opened the joint account

joint car insurance policy- Good

joint medical insurance policy- Good

driver licence of us with same address - Good

recent travel e-ticket for both- Good

credit card account with her as an authorized user- Good

some pictures of us since she entered usa till today.- Good. You can include the old Pictures as well.

Some additional documents I can Recommend. Your list looks good though.

  • If you have lease/mortgage together, I would include that as well.
  • if any child born from the marriage.
  • Power of Attorney Medical/Durable
  • Affidavits from Friends/Family (Secondary Evidence)
  • 401K, life insurance etc.
  • Marriage Certificate from Nepal (if you have)
  • Name change after Marriage

Good Luck on your Application.

Sorry to hear about it.

Not lot of people have USCIS Account Number. I would just put N/A.

For Affidavits, If possible please have them notarized.

I typed it coz my handwriting sucks :) . So it's up to you whichever you prefer.

What do you mean by Acknowledgement of Appointments?

For acknowledgement of appointment part, I can't type in my computer, so we used handwriting just write as "print type" then sign next "don't forget to sign"

Write your name

IMG_3839.PNGOn my computer I can only type those spaces with purple background. So for this one I handwritten my name. 6.a. I signed. Same way as spouse part.

Thank you

It looks like you have all the pertinent documentation that substanstiate comingling of funds, which is what they are looking for.  Insofar as her English is concerned, go ahead and indicate that you help her fill the form.  She does not need to know English to get her GC, but will need to speak English when she applies for naturalization, 3 years down the line.
