Ours took 11 weeks but our case was also there during the Christmas season, so they were probably barely working for 2 of those weeks. If six weeks passes from your DS-260 scan date, call them and they will forward it to a supervisor, and your case will be complete within 6 weeks from the date it was forwarded to the supervisor. They are extremely backlogged at the NVC right now, so it might be a little while. Here's a timeline for you.

Sent all paperwork to NVC: November 21st

NVC scan date: 12/9

Supervisor escalation: 1/27

Case Complete: March 1st

Interview: April 27th.

I know waiting stinks, but it's the best thing you can do. Juarez is a super backed up embassy as well, so expect to wait a bit longer than normal for an interview.

And when will my scan date be? The day we sent the DS-260?

To be honest, I have no idea how they generated it. I know the NVC received all of our paperwork and payments on November 28th, but they told me the scan date was Dec. 9th. They say the scan date is the day they receive everything, so I don't know if something happened with my paperwork or what. Your best bet is to call, I'd say on Friday, and you can give them your USCIS receipt number and they'll be able to tell you your NVC Case Number as well as your scan date. You'll probably wait on hold for 30-40 minutes, so don't get discouraged, someone will eventually answer the phone! If you don't know the phone number, it is 1 (603) 334 0700

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. No, we haven't interviewed yet. April 27th. We just got the interview notice on Saturday.

As for your case, you can probably ask for your case to be expedited because of your sick children, but be prepared with doctors notes. There is a separate tracker from the NVC, which will show the three N/As. Link: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

This is what the 3 N/As looks like after CC.

Call the NVC once you have a case number and an invoice number and see about getting your case expedited due to your circumstances.

Nd how can i ask them to expedite and i already sent muy daugthers and sons doctor forms to the uscis when we sent the I-601A would i need to resend them or how can we do that its worth a try?

I don't know, I didn't qualify for my case to be expedited so I never tried. I think you just call and talk to the agent on the phone. Do you have a lawyer? And attorney can ask for it as well. I know there have been people in this forum that had their case expedited, look for it there.
