Passed the English test, requesting more evidence

Hello, 

 

I had my interview on 2/16/17 and the officer told me she needed for evidence for both marriage and evidence of child support.  I have not received the letter that specifies what it is that I need, I had to make another appt with the officer.  I was wondering if anyone could help me regarding the notarized letter from the other parent to confirm child support. Can someone give me an example of what the letter should say?? Thank you beforehand.

Are you applying under 3 yr rule based on marriage? What documents did you submit with the application?

There has been a few recent cases over the last year that dealt with child support issues.

This is one case whose N400 was denied b/c the letter from ex-spouse was not notarized.

Yes I am applying under the 3 yr rule based on marriage. And I submitted all documents list on the N-400 except the documents for child support ( of a child I had prior to his marriage) and additional evidence of marriage other than the Marriage certificate.
