Hi all,

I did a search of the forum and couldn't find a similar case.

My fiance had their ESTA revoked in 2014 due to CBP thinking they were doing volunteer work. He has since been granted a B2 Visa later that year and has been visiting me on the B2 visa for the last 2 years. Each time he visits he gets put through to extra questioning due to the ESTA revocation. However he just has to show his military ID to prove that he has a job back home and they let him through.

Will the ESTA having been revoked affect any K1 Visa application that we make?

Thank you for your help!
