I had my interview just a few days ago for a K1 Visa and everything went well until the consulate officer said she needs to look further into a previous withdrawl of admission of my tourist visa. I never got any document saying whats going on or if they need anything. she just said it will take a few weeks. What does this mean?

Dit you ever overstay on a visa?

No I never did. I was two years on a J1 visa and went back once on my ten year tourist visa and the time after that I had to withdraw my admission and they canceled my tourist visa. My visa said INA 212 (a) (7) (A) (I) (I), apparently they thought I was an intended immigrant.

sounds like that is it then. and they want to read the case file. Dit you get an A number when your visa was witdrawen, it would be somewher in writen by hand in your pasport.

I had a simmelar insedent, and dit not relize at 1st they give you an A-number when that happens. mine was kin of hidden under a flap in my pasport i put a foto so you know what to look for.
If you it not put the A numeber on the I-129f they prolly still want to read it we also put a in the petition why i was dinied admission.
I have not have my interview yet though so i dont know for shure if that helps, but i do know they ask for an A number and most people assume that they dont have one yet.
