Visa pick up

Anyone here who has pick up Visa at DHL recently. How did you'all know when visa is ready to pick up and how long from issued date to pick up date? Did embassy email you to or DHL called? Any insight will be appreciated

Just wait for the two weeks, and go to dhl office at north ridge with your blue slip,valid ID card with a photocopy. And just pick it if only it's there.the embassy will not email or inform you about it

Okay. Was yours two weeks after interview or after case changed to issued?

Two weeks after interview. But was sent to dhl,three days after my interview. I saw it on the dhl envelope!

Ok Thank you. My case is almost 4 weeks after interview. It shows issued but still not ready. Guess I need to keep waiting

@akns, DI'd you get your medical report before your interview?  And did you give your medical report to consular at your interview ?

yes. it was ready before the interview. and was given to CO.

someone with the same interview date picked his passport on friday. I will call DHL tomorrow if mine is ready

@akns did the person status changed from issued to ready for pickup? or he got notification from DHL or the embassy?

Both of our status changed on Feb 6th. But he called DHL every other day to see if it's there. DHL or embassy never emailed or called him for pick up. DHL agent told him its ready on phone

@akns thanks. the embassy communication is very poor. hope my fiancee gets hers this week. her interview was Jan 18th

My fiancee went to the place and they asked him to write a letter and told him there is nothing in so if anything comes they will let him know. I emailed them and within a few days he went to his mail and it was in. Trying emailing them . Communication is very poor but still try
