My husbands I485 was denied back in 2014 due to missing documents we filed a I290b in Nov 2014 with the missing documents and his case was sent to another state and In Aug of 2016 we receive a letter from the local immigration field office apparently it's back with a RFE to make a final decision on his I485 is what the letter said they never mentioned anything about the I290b so I'm not sure if it was approved or not anyone have any similar situation??? Or any idea what's going on??? As of today haven't heard anything from immigration it's been a longgggg 27 months since we filed the I290b
