hi. my fiancee filed a K1 Petition in U.S and got approved and sent it to the US Embassy Manila. I got a letter from the U.S Embassy Manila last week. The issue is I cant make an appointment yet for the interview due to that I dont have passport until April and Im not sure if I can make it because of my Birth Certificate error. My fiancee said that I need to call the US Embassy Manila for an extension of the Petition before it expires this month February 18, 2017.

You can try and call the Embassy, but I don't know if they can help you over the phone and might ask you to email them.

Here is the email address, explain to them why you need an extension and am sure they will grant you that. They might be slow in replying, but they will.
