My fiance went for his interview on the 19th & was approved for his K1 (YAY!)...
However, despite being told that we did not need the police report from when he lived in Dubai since you had to get it in person, that has since changed

& the US embassy in Ghana did ask he get his Good Conduct Certificate/Police Report from Dubai before they can give him the visa.

My question, because the Dubai police only tells us to complete the application on their app...

Anyone who has moved from Dubai back to Ghana (or any other country)

How can you get your Good Conduct Certificate?

I know they have an app & you can do it on their website...

BUT How do you send your fingerprints?

& How can you verify your identity (like the app instructs you to) when you are not in Dubai?

& How long does it take for them to email your Good Conduct Certificate to you once you apply?

Our visa is waiting on this so I need to know ASAP

My fiance needed a police report for Qatar. For the fingerprints he had to go back to the police station in Ghana and pay the police report fee again in order to get his fingerprints. I'm thinking after you get the fingerprints you could scan it and attach in their app.

He also had to scan relevant pages in his passport, that included stamps, his visa, and his id card he used while he lived there, so maybe he could send similar info to prove identity. Since everything is through an app hopefully it won't take long.

When your fiance got his fingerprints, did he scan it & email it to himself?

Im just trying to figure out a way to get his fingerprints on his phone....
