Make electronic copies of all your bonafide marriage evidence up till now and save in case you need to remove conditions on your own. In the mean time, attend couples counseling and work on your marriage. Save proof of counseling too. You're dealing with an extra tough naija babe.

It's against the law, your documents are yours, it's abuse and if she takes your documents again, call the police.

It looks like she doesn't love you at all and she is a bad person. Misunderstandings and fight could be in any marriage yet it does not mean she should blackmail you being deported. And your residence is important too, not only the marriage, she brought you here and she is responsible for you to stay and to have all documents in order, even if she does not or believes she is not responsible, there is a moral responsibility bringing a foreigner to this country. And the deportation threat is the abuse.
