US tourist visa application Payment not confirm over 2 months now

Hello everyone, 


I have made visa application payment from Saudi Arabia via online transfer. The place where i am currently, there's no branch of Samba Bank. Therefore i made visa application via online transfer from my Al Rajhi Bank account. I have open the case using GCI federal website. My case status is on "Escalated to PMO" since 24 Nov 2016 still no progress at all. I have called embassy they said, You need to wait our team is investigating your case. We will inform you via email. 

Honestly, it seems like no one working on it. Please let me know if someone has gone through to this problem. 


Let me know if i have to pay visa application again? This time from Samba bank.

I am in that same boat, it is 9 days now since I paid the fees, and not activated yet. also opened a case which states that it is escalated to PMO. I dun have much time. do you think I should pay again or what?
