My wife interview was in Long Island, NY but i doubt if she can walk in to 25 Federal Plaza?

The letter was dated Jan 4th and mailed Jan 5th  so I will suggest you call them on the phone

Im in the same situation wife got interview approved january 5th and now its says mail was sent and call if i dont recieve it by feb 3 its now feb 8 i keep caling uscis they did service request i want to speak to a tier 2 but all we get is a voicemail for them and they dont even return calls its so frustrating knowing you spent that much money for this

Do this call them and ask to be speak to a supervisor then they will transfer please call around 8am when they open to when they transfer you they will tell you to leave a call back number where by a supervisor will call you and then they will approximately the time they say they will call.. my wife used her number and i used my number so we both called them,,  dont give up

Thanks for the reply i got infopass today they said the notice was sent was a glitch and im on que still then when i arrived home i got mail from my SR saying the same that i was on que thanks i guess i just wait lol
