How to.set up interview in Lagos

My fiance has finished the Ds-160 and now we are not sure what to do next. Does he just walk into any bank and say he wants to pay a visa fee? Will they have a form he will need or is there one? How does he get the interview. The consolate says to email them. Is that true how its done? I am quite comfused. Seems the searches arent working for me with the new format in this website. I cant find answers to anything. So thanks in advance if this has already been asked.

Yes he can walk into any GT bank in Nigeria,there is a section where they pay visa fee,he will ask to give a copy of passport data page or better still he can take his passport along,and he will be ask the visa category he's paying for
