My fiance has finished the Ds-160 and now we are not sure what to do next. Does he just walk into any bank and say he wants to pay a visa fee? Will they have a form he will need or is there one? How does he get the interview. The consolate says to email them. Is that true how its done? I am quite comfused. Seems the searches arent working for me with the new format in this website. I cant find answers to anything. So thanks in advance if this has already been asked.

US ermbassy in Nigeria has a very good website explaining it all and you also can email them

https://ng.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

you also can read here where to pay fees
