An hour outside of London on the train for medical...

So my medical day is finally here, final hurdle before the interview. I get into London at around midday and my appointment is at 2:30pm.

On the off chance, anyone else got their medical today? It's at Basil Mansions rather than the normal location for visa medicals due to the normal location being closed between Christmas and New Year

Medical all good - was in for maybe forty minutes, nothing to worry about at all

Its not as bad as people think it is going to be is it? 

 

I was so stressed and worried about it and I was in there the same amount of time as you basically.

They were all super friendly 

 

Have to ask though. I heard they stopped doing the downstairs check recently... Is it true??

Thats correct, the genitalia check has stopped - they didn't check me
