Hello Everyone,

Just a quick one I’m filling in my DS260 it asks about arrest history, convictions etc.. So I got a £90 fine for drunk and disorderly, which I have wrote that in the box BUT I’ve been arrested on another occasion (after I was assaulted) to which I was taken to the police station, gave my details, took picture of facial injuries, released with no charge or anything. The second arrest shows on my Subject Access Report but doesn’t have any other details.

I am wondering how to write this up in the box on the form, so far ive put

  1. Arrested - Drunk & Disorderly £90 Ticket fine (No Conviction, Court, Caution, Warning)
  2. Arrested – (No Conviction, Court, Caution, Warning) Released no charges??????

any help would be great cheers,

What were you arrested for? They must have a reason for the arrest.
